Alice Faye Tower

July 24, 1935 — September 17, 2025

Casper

Mrs. Alice Faye Tower, 90, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2025, in Casper, Wyoming. Born on July 20, 1935, in Hale, Michigan, she lived a life marked by faith, family, and unwavering dedication to her Savior.

Alice married her high school sweetheart, Leon Tower, on October 3, 1953, at the age of 18. Together they built a life rooted in hard work and mutual devotion. As a true helpmate to her husband, Alice worked alongside Leon running their farm and drywall/painting business. She was no stranger to hard labor—baling hay, operating tractors, and hanging drywall with skill and determination.

A proud and devoted mother, Alice celebrated every accomplishment of her children with joy and gratitude. Her legacy continues through her daughter Diana Wiggins; sons Bob (Dixie) Tower and Bill Tower; her sister-in-law, Ruth; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Alice’s life was deeply shaped by her faith. A disciple of Christ Jesus and daughter of the Most High King, she faithfully attended Bar Nunn Baptist Church for many years. She led Women’s Bible Study well into her late 80s and was known among those who knew her as a Prayer Warrior—a gentle yet powerful presence whose prayers uplifted many.

Her commitment to service extended far beyond her local community. Alongside Leon, Alice traveled across the country with RV’ers for Christ, helping build churches wherever they were needed. Her adventurous spirit found joy in these journeys of purpose and fellowship.

Alice also gave generously of her time and talents within her community. She served as PTA President during her children’s school years and taught sewing to members of the local 4-H Club. Her nurturing nature extended to God's beautiful creation itself—she loved gardening and tending to houseplants with care. Summers and Christmases spent at the family cabin in Michigan were among her most cherished times.

In quieter moments, Alice found solace in reading The Word of God, Christian novels and history books. She also enjoyed canning produce from her garden and bowling with friends—simple pleasures that reflected a life lived fully.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Leon Tower; parents Charles and Anna Bills; sisters Louis, Joy, Anna and Maryetta.

Alice Faye Tower will be remembered as a joyful woman of God whose life radiated love for family, community service, adventure, and above all The Gospel and person of Jesus Christ. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her. A Memorial Gathering will be held on October 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Bar Nunn Baptist Church 1401 Sunset Blvd. There will be a potluck to follow. The church will be providing all that is needed, but in the spirit of Alice's love for potlucks, we encourage you to bring a dish to share.

Please celebrate with us, Alice's Graduation Day to eternity with her beloved Savior
