On Wednesday, November 11th, Arlett Leone (Sevier) Cicolani, loving mother of 2 children passed away at the age of 65.  Arlett was born on September 13th, 1955 to LeRoy Sevier and Frances Darfler in Glendive, MT.  She was raised in Glendive and graduated from DCHS in 1974.  In November of 1974, she married Eugene Evans and gave birth to 2 boys, Shawn in 1975 and Dustin in 1978.  She was a proud homemaker and enjoyed raising her family, mainly around Glendive, and worked various waitressing jobs over the years. Around 1990 she began work at EastMont Human Services as a caregiver.  She proudly cared for the residents there until its closure.  Arlett and Gene were divorced in 1995 after 20 years of marriage.

In 1998, she married George Cicolani and resided in Glendive, and later moved to Billings to be closer to needed medical services.  They divorced in 2019, she then relocated to Shepherd of the Valley Care Facility in Casper, WY to receive 24 hour specialized medical care and to be closer to family.  She was a fighter and survived over 10 years on dialysis battling renal disease.  She was diagnosed with Covid-19 on Nov 3rd and fought a short, but courageous battle before succumbing to it on the 11th.

Her greatest love in her life was her family and she was very proud of her boys and grandchildren.  As an adult she enjoyed league bowling, dancing, crocheting, camping, and playing cards.  She also enjoyed collecting dolls and had a spoon collection containing a spoon from all 50 states. In her later years she became very fond of bingo and frequently won various candies and gifts for her grandchildren.

She will be interred at the Brockway Cemetery with her grandparents Russell and Velma Sevier, who were very dear to her.

She is survived by sons Shawn (Kelly) Evans of Katy, TX, Dustin (Traci) Evans of Casper, WY, brothers Mike (Debbie) Sevier, and Allan (Lois) Sevier, both from Glendive, MT, and sister Lisa Cramer of Helena, MT, 8 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Services will be held Nov 23rd at Congregational church in Glendive.
