Beverly Lord

Beverly A. (Samuelson) Lord, 58, passed away on February 28, 2016 in Casper at the Wyoming Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Beverly was born April 30, 1957 in Riverton to Dee Wayne and Doris Ann (Whitlow) Samuelson in Riverton, WY. She attended Riverton High School, graduating in 1975. She then attended Casper College from 1975-1978 and went on to become a legal secretary. She married Jeff Lord on August 2, 1979 in Riverton. They were later divorced. Beverly had two sons and a daughter. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, babysitting and helping with NICU Helping Hands, "Angels Gowns" program. She was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter 21 in Riverton. She is survived by her Mother, Doris Samuelson of Riverton; her son's Mike Lord and Dan (Natalie) Lord both of Casper; daughter, Amanda Lord of Casper; granddaughter, Kyra Lord; grandson, Carter Reynolds; her sisters, Linda and Judy Samuelson both of Casper; her brothers, Doug (Susan) Samuelson from Cheyenne and Garland (Roxy) Samuelson of Riverton; and many nieces and nephews. Beverly is preceded in death by her father Dee W. Samuelson and her grandmother, Lois Mund of Riverton. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to Oasis Food Pantry and Clothes Closet and the Shriner's Club. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church. Pastor Brian Oliver will be officiating.
