Billie D. Patterson

  Billie Dean Patterson passed away peacefully on 12 Apr 2024 at Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper, WY at the age of 93. She was born December 1, 1930 in Vinita, Oklahoma to Cecil and Ruby Asbury.  She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Omar Patterson on December 2, 2021. They were married April 12, 1950 at the First United Methodist Church in Casper, WY. They had 3 children, Debra D. Clark of Spokane, WA, Harry Dixon Patterson, who died 22 Nov 2023, and Dayle M. Rose of Allen TX.  Also surviving are 5 grandchildren; Brice Patterson, Todd Patterson, Barbara Clark Brown, Douglas Clark, and Preston Rose, and four great grandchildren.

  She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Casper. She worked as the Dean of Law Department at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, the Bureau of Land Management in Casper, and she was also a County Clerk at the Natrona County Court House.  She built and managed the Triple D Acres Trailer Court in Evansville for many years.
