Billy Ray Sisco, 68, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away on December 10th, 2025 in Casper at home.
Bill was born in Casper, Wyoming to Tom and Minnie Sisco on March 31st, 1957. He went to Kelly Walsh High School and graduated in 1975. He attended the University of Wyoming and studied Business and Communications. He owned the local business known as Temsco Truck and Auto for over 20 years where he formed many friendships and assisted many local residents in their aftermarket automotive parts needs. He always loved to say that he made monster trucks for a living. He enjoyed many of the outdoorsy activities that the wide open spaces the state of Wyoming has to offer. This included: fishing, hunting, camping, and just spending time in nature. He spent the last few years of his life supporting and announcing basketball games at Casper College. He was a major sports fan with his life-long favorite being baseball. When his son Travis was playing little league baseball, he made every practice and game and would help the coaches make sure that the kids would have a good time and share in his love for the game.
Bill is survived by his son Travis and his wife Laura of Denver, Colorado, his niece Brittney and her boyfriend Brandon of Casper, Wyoming, and his sister in law Linda of Sheridan, Wyoming. He is also survived by his long time girlfriend Charlotte of Casper, Wyoming. He is preceded in death by his parents Tom and Minnie, his brothers Ron and Roly, and his nephew Cody.
There will be a private service followed by an open celebration of life at The Gaslight Social in downtown Casper from 3 - 5 PM on Thursday, December 18th, 2025. All are invited to join, share stories, laugh and cry together in remembrance of Bill and his many adventures.
