Brandon D. Moore

December 7, 1983 — April 8, 2024

  Brandon David Moore, 40, of Casper, WY passed away peacefully on April 8th, 2024 of a hemorrhagic stroke at his home in Casper. Brandon was born at Wyoming Medical Center to Pam Kerr (Speakman) and Bradley Moore on December 7th, 1983, at 9:13 a.m.

  Brandon graduated from NCHS in 2002 and was also a student of the Kelly Walsh A.B.L.E program. While attending High School Brandon was a part of the swim team and participated in the Special Olympics winning several medals.

  He held various jobs throughout his life but ended up at Home Depot as a Cart Associate for 9 years. He loved his job, being able to interact with the public and build deep relationships with his Home Depot family.

  His passion and first love was trains, he was a member of the Central Wyoming Model Railroad Association and had numerous train cars along with many layouts. Brandon was a train addict and was always looking for the next train to pass through. He was a member of the 4-10 Bowling League where he would often compete with his sister.

  He attended the Tim Tebow “Night to Shine” Prom 2 years in a row where he received the king’s crown.

  It was important for Brandon to complete his activity rings on his apple watch and win against his mom to walk the most steps in a day. Brandon often used his “Ten Toe Taxi” to get to work or wherever his adventure led him. He loved his Starbucks, having beers at the Moonlight, music, movies, puzzles, and chocolate.

  Brandon is survived by his mother Pam (Rick) Speakman of Casper; sister Jennifer (Luke) Anderson of Casper; brother Colton (Morgan) of Cheyenne; stepsisters Brittany and Niki Speakman of Grand Junction CO and Cami Speakman of Moorcroft, WY and furbaby sisters Gracie and Lacie. He is also survived by nephews Gage and Logan Anderson, August Moore and niece Maggie Moore as well as several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and his buddy and great friend Jared Green who was his respite care provider.

  He was preceded in death by his father Bradley Moore five months prior and grandparents Harold and Audrey Kerr, Sam and Elaine Moore, and fur baby Ebony.

  In lieu of flowers, a donation in Brandon’s name can be made to the Wyoming Epilepsy Association 1612 Central Ave #3, Cheyenne, WY 82001 or Central Wyoming Model Railroading Association 1356 N Center St. Casper, WY. 82601.

  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 29, 2024 at 12:30 PM at Occasions by Cory, 303 S Wollcott St, Casper WY.

  Brandon touched a lot of people’s lives with his smile, his jokes, his laughter, his goofiness and most of all, his love.

  Brandon will be dearly missed.
