Bruce Dale Allen, age 77, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away on January 25, 2026, at the Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions facility.

Bruce Dale Allen, age 77, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away on January 25, 2026, at the Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions facility.

Bruce was born on March 24, 1948, in Casper, Wyoming, to Bruce and Esther (Chamberlin) Allen. Dale was an enrolled member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe and proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Navy. During his military service, he was stationed off the coast of Vietnam, at Diego Garcia, and completed his longest tour in the Philippines.

While serving overseas, Dale met Mely Serano, whom he later married. They have two sons Edebert Serrano (Evangeline Serrano) and Bruce Dale Allen, Jr. (Carina Allen).

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Esther Allen, and by his mother-in-law and father-in-law.

He is survived by his wife, Mely Allen; his two sons Bruce and Edebert and their families, his grandchildren and great-grandchild, Phigo Allen; his sisters, Loreen (Jerry) Anderson and Jackie (Jim) Sevier; his brother, Larry (Vicky) Allen; and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. Dale is also survived by numerous cousins from the Chamberlin family as well as the Allen family.

Dale will be remembered for his service to his country, his Northern Arapaho heritage, and his devotion to his family.

Military Honors will be held on February 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery.
