Burke McCarthy

Burke Henery McCarthy, 82, passed away on October 24, 2018 in Casper, Wyoming. He was born on February 28, 1936 in Thermopolis, Wyoming. Burke was a college graduate and owned his own business. He was a member of the Tibs Club. Burke liked visiting with people and he also liked researching economics. He is survived by his daughter, Dianna Ellis of Casper, Wyoming; sons, Steven McCarthy of Denver, Colorado; John McCarthy of Phoenix, Arizona; grandsons, Joey Ellis and Matt Ellis both of Casper, Wyoming; granddaughter, Malia McCarthy of Casper, Wyoming; and sister, Rita Pederson of Klamath Falls, Oregon. Burke is preceded in death by his wife, Danna McCarthy of Casper, Wyoming; parents, Justin and Charlott McCarthy of Thermopolis, Wyoming; and brother, J.B. McCarthy of Portland, Oregon. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Bustard's Funeral Home in Casper with Pastor Tim Adams officiating. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery.
