Carol Francine Butcher,79, of Casper WY passed away on 7/25/24 in Casper.
Carol was born in Casper, WY to Emma Alice Garland and Gillman Garland on 7/21/45. She was a stay-at-home mom and housewife for 50+ years, and enjoyed making beautiful Brazilian embroidery.
Carol is survived by Her daughters and son in laws Darla and Kurt Tille, Bailey and Kamron Walters her grandchildren Camille and Alexander Moore Jamie, Billy, Tyler, Dalton Tille and numerous great grandchildren.
