David William Ramsey, 66, passed away on June 9, 2017 in Casper, Wyoming. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Community of Christ Church, 2303 E. 15th Street, Casper, Wyoming 82609 with George Conners officiating. David served in the United State Army. Bustard's Funeral Home is assisting the family.
