Denise E. Yarbrough

Denise Elaine Yarbrough, 40, of Kaycee, Wyoming, passed away on June 2, 2026.

Denise was born on February 16, 1986, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She lived a life marked by creativity, service, and a deep love for family, friends, and animals.

Denise proudly served in the United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant during her years of service. During her military career, she completed deployments in support of overseas operations and was recognized for her dedication and professionalism.

She found joy in golfing, gardening, and spending time outdoors. Denise had a special affection for animals, especially horses, dogs, and chickens, and she treasured every opportunity to care for and be surrounded by them. She never missed an opportunity to take a smiling picture with them.

Denise is survived by her loving husband, TJ Yarbrough; her father, David Bartkowiak; her mother, Connie Reeves; her stepfather, Joe Reeves; her sister, Angaleka Bartkowiak; and her brother, Charlie Bartkowiak. She also leaves behind many extended family members, friends, and loved ones who will miss her deeply.

Denise will be remembered for her kind heart, creative spirit, dedication to those she loved, and the warmth she brought to everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her memory will live on in the lives she touched and the love she shared. She was proud to serve in the Air Force and carried that sense of dedication throughout her life.

The funeral service with military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Bustard's Funeral Home. In Lou of flowers take a loved one to lunch.
