Donna Lou Taylor, age 82, of Casper, passed away at home on August, 29, 2017. She was born October 9, 1934 to Harold Francis and Harriet Elizabeth (Allen) Becker. A celebration of her life will be held at Liberty Baptist Church on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 1:00 P.M., Pastor Bruce Sell officiating.
