Our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great grandmother and Great-great grandmother
DOROTHY ANN "ANNIE" GARRISON KIGER 85 of Casper, Wyoming passed away on June 10, 2026 at Central Wyoming Hospice surrounded by her loving family.
Annie was born in Tipton, Oklahoma to Earl and Charlene (Lindsey) Garrison on September 5,1940.
In 1959 at the age of 19 she moved from Texas to Wyoming, eventually settling in Casper, where she met and married the love of her life Larry Bob Kiger on December 16, 1961. They were married 42 years at the time of Larry's passing in 2004.
Annie was very well known and loved by so many in the Casper Community due to her working in the hospitality industry. She easily made friends everywhere she went.
She was a waitress in the 1960's at The Pink Kitchen and The Bull Pen Restaurant's and in later years, The Town House and the Goose Egg Inn. Followed by bartending at Frosty's Bar and Grill. Cooper's Pub and Josh's Pub until their closure and eventually retired from the VFW Post 10677 at the age of 70.
Annie always said her greatest accomplishments were her children. She fiercely loved and cherished her family and loved them beyond all measure and was blessed to meet her first great, great grandchild in October of 2025, which made 5 generations.
She was known as Gg to her greats and we all referred to her as Gg until the birth of her great great grandson when her daughter lovingly referred to her as Triple G.
Annie is survived by her daughter Felicia Polzer and as Annie would lovingly say. Her "Favorite Son-in-law" Dan. Grandchildren Joe Polzer (Michelle), Jacquelyn Nicholson (Justin), Great Grandchildren Danika Vasko, Colten Polzer, Rachel Polzer and Johnathon Mason.
