Dwayne Ray Towell, 72 of Casper, WY passed away on August 20, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Dwayne was known for his dry wit and humor, he loved to joke, often introducing himself as “George” and answering the phone “Sally’s Mule Barn”. He never met a stranger, and he joyfully shared the word of God with anyone willing to listen.

Born in Farmington, NM and raised in Douglas, WY by his parents Oliver and Dorothy Towell. Dwayne was a skilled tradesman, mechanic, and auto body man. He ran Casper Cabs and Fairgrounds Storage in Casper. Dwayne cherished time spent with friends and family and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and helping anyone with a vehicle issue as he always knew the right fix.

Dwayne is survived by his wife, Debbie; sons Patrick (Annie), Robert (Abigail), Boyce (Marcia); daughter Stacey (Doug) Johnston; brothers Leon and Clay; grandchildren Dalton (Tyra) Wright, Caleb (Jorja) Johnston, Miranda (Tyler) Johnston, Joseph, Isabell, Devin, Tyler, Gabriel, and Darien Towell; great-grandchildren Brayleigh, Elliauna, Wyatt, Kodi, Ezekiel, Rosalynn, Tara, and Winnie; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dwayne was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Dorothy; In-laws Lester and Adele Cannon, Son Wesley Benskin, brother, Alvin, sister, Dionne, sister-in-law, Josephine and numerous other family members.

Dwayne will never be forgotten and will be dearly missed by all those he helped, cared for and loved.
