Elizabeth Ann Specht (Liz) 69, of Casper Wyoming, passed away on June 11, 2026 in Casper Wyoming.

She was born in Casper to William and Helen Specht on June 10, 1957. She attended Kelly Walsh High School and graduated in 1975. She earned a LPN degree from Casper College. She practiced nursing at Natrona County Lodge, Poplar Living Center and Wyoming Medical Center. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, shopping, crocheting and knitting. Elizabeth loved music and collected many records, cassettes and cd’s of her favorite artists over the years. She also learned to play the electric organ, piano and accordion. She could play the melodies without the aid of sheet music.

Elizabeth is survived by her brother Bill Specht of Casper, niece Barbara Johnson of Kentucky, nieces Genny Allen, Cherie Specht and nephew Stephen Specht all living in Colorado. She is preceded in death by her parents and older brother Robert Specht.

Funeral services will be held at Grace Reformed Church 834, South Wolcott on June 18th at 10:00 am with minister Zac Vreeman officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery.
