Ethel K McConigly of Casper, WY passed away on November 1, 2019. She was born on February 2, 1926 in Grand Island, NE to John and Augusta Kountz. She loved the beauty of Wyoming, especially the beauty of the Green River area and the red deserts. Ethel was a telegrapher, and she worked for the railroad. She was much loved and will be dearly missed.
