Gregory Hunter Short

Hunter Short 72 of Casper passed on September 27, 2023.  He is survived by his wife Jeanne and 3 children and several grandchildren.  Chris Short, son, of Vista California, Brian Short of Casper, and Kristie Short of Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Hunter was a teacher, vice principal, principal and coach.  He was born in Washington DC and raised by his mother and grandmother.  They were active working women and moved around to many places, including Hawaii.  He loved sports, football, baseball and track.  He enjoyed watching Chicago Bears and Bronco football teams.  He succumbed to a short sudden illness.  He will be sadly missed by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
