Irwin E. Case

Irwin Elmer Case, also known as Dick, Dad, Daddy, Dickie, Papa and Grandpa, was born on March 27, 1955, in Casper, Wyoming to Daisy and Ora Williams. Irwin passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025.

Irwin loved fishing, rattlesnakes, looking for arrowheads, making bullet sinkers, exploring the outdoors, and seeing the local wildlife, or “the hoodlums”, as he would say.

Most of all, he loved his wife, Wendy; children, Linda (Ken), Zach, and Zabrina (Marty); grandchildren, Kurtis (Emily), Justine (Donny), Hunter (Kaylea), Hope (Austin), Hope (Jaiden), Freedom (Jo), Justice, Michael, Justin, Izzabella, and Aaron; great-grandchildren, Ryker, Castiel, Orion, Aiden, and Wesley; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Irwin was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Irwin was the best husband, dad, daddy, grandpa, and papa you could ever ask for. Whatever you needed, he was there. Irwin loved going on car rides and taking every back road there was. A two-hour car ride would turn into four hours, but you’d never see a more beautiful landscape without it. He was our human GPS. You’d never get lost when you were with him.

We’ll never forget going hunting or shooting with you. The smile and joy on your face while watching the grandkids running around. Now that you’re gone, we’ll continue exploring the back roads and feeding the squirrels for you.
