James Valencia Casper, Wyoming November 10, 1930 - January 12, 2015 The family will be celebrating the life of James with a memorial service at Highland Community Church Chapel on Thursday January 22nd at 3:00pm. James was a young 84 and lived a good and happy life. Husband of the late Nancy Valencia, he was a proud vet and served in the United States Army. James was a loving husband, father, grandfather, teacher, coach, and friend in the Casper community for over fifty years. He is survived by his two children: Jim Valencia and Vikki Kelly; son-in-law, Norm Kelly; daughter-in-law, Christine Valencia; two grandchildren: Brandon and Kodi; and great granddaughter, Trinity. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central Wyoming Rescue Mission, P.O. Box 2030, Casper 82602.
