Jeramiah "Jerry" Mahaffey Jerry Mahaffey, 39, of Douglas, WY, passed away from heart complications on Monday, September, 13, 2010. . He was born on April, 25, 1971, in Joliet, IL. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Peggy and James Mahaffey, Sr. He was married to Tina (Loudy), on September 25th, 2001, in Custer, SD. He was a loving husband to, Tina Mahaffey of Douglas, WY, and caring father to sons Cody and Christian of Orange County, CA. Daughters, Winter of Kankakee, IL, and Autumn of Douglas, WY. He is survived by his mother, Mary (Paul) Pollock of West Frankfort, IL., and father James Mahaffey, JR. of Beecher City, IL, brothers, Matthew Mahaffey of Box Elder, SD., Larry (Paula) Murphy of West Frankfort, IL, sisters, Spring Newberry of Texas, and Heather (Chad) Kramer of West Frankfort, IL; 4 nieces and 9 nephews, dog Shadow, countless cousins, aunts and uncles, co-workers, and longtime friends. He was employed by Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railway as a welding supervisor. A visitation service will be held at Bustard's Funeral Home and Crematory, 600 CY Avenue, Casper, WY. on September 17, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. An additional service will be provided in West Frankfort, IL, at the Union Funeral Home. Donations for his wife and children can be made at US Bank, in Casper, WY.
