Joann Foreman, 89, of Casper passed away June 22, 2025 in Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions. She was born March 5, 1936 in Hay Springs, NE to parents Elsie A. (Peters) and Charlie R. Letcher. She graduated high school from Hay Springs High School. She worked at First National Bank of Casper from 1958 to 1960, then started at Boatright & Smith / Mobile Concrete as a bookkeeper until retirement.
She enjoyed bowling, camping, and playing baseball with the neighborhood kids. She loved watching the deer, rabbits and other wildlife as they ventured through the neighborhood.
Joann is survived by her son, Charles (Klrinda) Foreman and her daughter, Joyce Foreman; sisters, Chum Pyle and Loreen (John) Nadobny and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen L. Foreman; parents, Charlie and Elsie Letcher; sisters, Marilyn Lawrence and Aldean Hunter; and brothers, Gerald and Alvern Letcher.
Funeral services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025 at Bustard & Jacoby Funeral Home. Father Ray Rodriguez of St. Anthony's Parish will officiate. A viewing and visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Joann will be laid to rest with her husband, Glen, in Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery.
