John S. Colistro

John Steven Colistro, born September 8, 1948, passed away peacefully June 27, 2026.

John leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Tresa Colistro; his children, Lynette Cole (Chris), Laura Drake, John Colistro ll (Shari), Shawn Owens, Candice Clem (Steve), and Jeanie Colistro (Shawna); his special nephew and best friend, "Lil Sal" D'Ambrosia, lll; siblings, Mickey D'Ambrosia (Sal), Anthony "Tony" Colistro ( Peggy), Cathy Harmes (Gibby), Susan Wolak (Aaron), Gina Vialpando (Jesse), Bobbie Jo Trujillo (Ben), and Sam Wilson (Grace); and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Barbara Colistro; brother, Joseph Colistro Jr,; and sister, Mary Jo Torres.

John loved his wife, his dogs and his Harleys. He enjoyed ice fishing, hunting & riding his bike. He went to Sturgis every chance he got! He loved visiting his family in Colorado but most of all...he loved holding his fur baby, Minnie on his lap.
