Judith Ann Bell, born February 5, 1959, gained her wings on January 12, 2026, at her home in Casper, Wyoming, where she passed peacefully into the loving arms of the lord.
Judy is survived by her husband, Roger Bell; and her children: Tina Nolen (KJ), Amanda Beang (David), Robert Beang, Christopher Bell (Ashley), Adrianna Bell, and Lindsay Best (Kayden). She was a deeply proud grandmother to Desiree, Ashley, Matthew, Robby, and Skylar, and a devoted great-grandmother to Kenleigh, Sophia, Ella, Kolbe, Madison, and Noah, each of whom held a special place in her heart. She is also survived by her sister, Evelyn “PeeWee” Maxwell (Gary). She was lovingly welcomed home in heaven by her parents, Ray Lindsay and Evelyn Marie Karlson Lindsay; her siblings: David Lindsay, RoseMary Lindsay, Tom Lindsay; and MaryJane Ambrosini, reunited in eternal peace and perfect love.
Judy was a beautiful soul with a heart full of compassion, grace, and quiet strength. Above all else, she was the best mom—the kind of mother whose love was constant, steady, and unconditional. Her children were her life’s greatest joy and purpose. She loved them with her whole heart, prayed over them, worried for them, celebrated them, and stood by them no matter what. Her love was a safe place, a soft landing, and a reminder that they were never alone.
Being a mother was not just a role for Judy—it was who she was. She showed her love everyday and in every way: listening, caring, forgiving, and simply by always being present and available. She gave vastly more than she ever asked for and loved more deeply than words can explain. Her children knew they were loved, not just by what she said, but by how she lived.
Judy found peace and joy in life’s simple, God-given blessings. She loved sewing and thrift shopping. She found a calming comfort in the scent of lavender, and her signature fragrance, White Diamonds, became a part of her presence
Judy loved watching Little House on the Prairie amongst the many classics her and her siblings enjoyed as children. She listened to Conway Twitty and country music from every decade. You could often hear her singing in her home, sometimes softly, but oftentimes loudly and always with a smile. Judy filled her home with warmth, familiarity, and love. She greeted each new day with a cheerful and optimistic outlook no matter what. Her home was so much more than just a house—it was a reflection of her heart: gentle, welcoming, filled with faith, and with space for all.
Though Judy has left this earthly life, her spirit has not left those who love her. She now rests in eternal light, free from pain, sorrow, and worry, surrounded by loved ones and held in God’s everlasting promise. Her love will continue to live on through her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, guiding them, comforting them, and reminding them that love never ends.
Until the day they are reunited again, Judy will be forever missed and forever loved.
