Judy Kay Ruegsegger

Judy Kay (Daughters) Ruegsegger ,77, of Mills WY passed away on November 17th, 2025, in Casper Wyoming.

Judy was born in Winner, SD to Curt and Joann Daughters on Oct. 26, 1948. She graduated from Winner High School in 1967. Judy met the love of her life, Roger Ruegsegger, in 1978 and later married January 30, 1983. She worked for Walmart retiring after 21years.

Judy enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, reading, and taking care of her grandchildren.

Judy was survived by her husband Roger Ruegsegger of Mills, WY, children Jennifer Feula (John)of Mesa, Az, Travis Graffney of Cornelius, OR and Chris Ruegsegger (Amanda) of Casper, Wy. Brothers Jim Daughters of Mckinney Tx and Jack Daughters of Sioux Falls, SD, sister-in-law Dawn Daughters of Pierre, SD. Grandchildren Key & Tate Feula, Josiah Gaffney, Serenity Ruegsegger, Christopher Castleman, Conner Rieke and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Judy is preceded in death by her father Curt, mother Joann, her brother Kenny, father-in-law Lowell, mother-in-law Lola

No Funeral will be held, a Celebration of Life to be held later.
