Justine Marie Hart

Justine Marie Hart was born to Myron & Emily Cowell on October 4, 1940. in Grand Forks, ND. Following Myron's death in 1944, Emily married Ebben W. (Windy) Morris who adopted her in 1956.

Justine passed away July 5, 2025 at the Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper, WY.

She married James E. Hart in 1962 and they had two children, Michelle Perkins & Michael James Hart.

After graduating from high school, Justine completed a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree at the University of Wyoming in 1962. Justine's love for nursing was evident by all who met her while in her care. She worked in many fields of nursing, but her favorite was in OB/GYN where she worked with Dr. Saunders, Dr. Schimel, Dr. Ludden, and Dr. Holland. Her nursing helped prepare her daughter to provide the care she needed after suffering a stroke in 2007.

She is survived by her daughter Michelle Perkins and her husband Robert, her grandson Brad and his wife Meghan, her granddaughter Brittaney and her husband Ethen, and 4 great grandchildren Creeana, Carson, Camri, and Cora, her granddaughter Priscilla Masid, and grandson Dalton Hart and her sister Willa. She leaves many nieces, nephews & extended family members as well.

Justine was preceded in death by her father Myron, her daddy, Ebben "Windy" Morris, her mother Emily, brothers Gary Morris, Elton Morris, Ebben "Breezy" Morris, sister Lorelei and her son Michael J. Hart.

Cremation has taken place and, per her wishes, there will be no formal service. The family will instead have a memorial at a later date to celebrate the life of Justine and in her words "eat sloppy burgers, laugh, and do all the things I felt I shouldn't - just celebrate life!"
