Katheryn Rae Gabrielson "Kathy" age 67 of Casper, Wyoming left us on her journey to heaven on May 14th 2026 in Casper, Wyoming.

Kathy was born in Hot Springs, South Dakota to proud parents, Robert and Myrna Reister on August 6th 1958. She attended schools in two different states before graduating at Kelly Walsh High School in 1977. She went on to graduate from Casper College with an Associates of Applied Science in Commercial Art in December 1979. She then worked as a commercial artist for several years at Palmer Outdoor Advertizing where she met her future husband Gregory. They were married on August 9th 1986 in Casper, Wyoming. She gave birth to her only child, Justin in December 1987. Later she happily settled down as a homemaker for our son and his close friends who she watched over. Kathy loved to go RV camping and when younger she went four wheeling to explore the Wyoming outback country. Kathy mostly loved her extended family and her beloved furry pet kids.

Katheryn is survived by Gregory, her husband, Justin, her son, brother Robert and nephew D.J. She was preceded in death by her father Robert, mother Myrna, sister Gwen and all of her Grandparents.

Katheryn was very interested in local history and mysteries of all kinds both in print and video. She really enjoyed the cat and dog cosy mysteries books too. A happy, loving person who never tried to see the bad side of anyone in her life. Her smiling lovely person will be sorely missed.
