Michael Jack Branch, 60, passed away on January 16, 2017 in Casper Wyoming. A memorial service for Michael and his mother Ethel Busker will take place on Sunday, January 22, 2017 from 12 PM to 2:30 PM at the Wyoming National Apartment's Atrium, located at 204 East 2nd Street in Casper. Bustard's Funeral Home is assisting the family.
