Patricia Kay Gallagher

Patricia Kay Gallagher (née Dobbs), 73, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at her home in Casper, Wyoming, on July 28, 2026.

Patricia was born on December 14, 1952, in Bisbee, Arizona, and she was preceded in death by her parents, Harrell Dobbs (2000) and Helen Dobbs (2021), and by her husband, Michael Gallagher, who passed away in 2012.

She is survived by her son, Michael Casias, and his wife, Debbie, of Chesterton, Indiana, along with their daughter, Abigail; her son, Jerad Casias, and his wife, Bethany, of Sykesville, Maryland, along with their children, Betsy and Drew; her older brother, Jimmy Dobbs of Edgemont, South Dakota; and her younger brother, Robert Dobbs of Casper, Wyoming.

Patricia was an avid student of the Bible and Christian theology, possessing a depth of knowledge that rivaled many. She delighted in thoughtful discussions of Scripture and was always eager to share what she had learned.

A private family gathering will be held in Casper, Wyoming.

Though her passing was unexpected, Patricia leaves behind a legacy of faith in God. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
