  Patricia was born August 14, 1953 in Lubbock, Texas, to Purl and Doris Patterson. She was the youngest of five children.

  She moved with her parents, brothers and sisters from Lubbock Texas, to Farmington, New Mexico.

  From there, the family moved to Flora Vista, New Mexico, where she attended first grade in a one room schoolhouse. She went through second grade to fifth grade in Aztec, New Mexico.

  From Flora Vista, the family moved to Casper Wyoming, where her father Purl had a job driving a truck for Loffland Brother Drilling.

  She attended Dean Morgan Junior High, and graduated from Natrona County High School in 1972. She met her husband, Johnny Ray Patterson, in 1971, while attending NCHS. They were married on September 30 1972.

  Shortly after graduating high school, John enlisted in the Navy. After the wedding, John and Patricia left and went to where he was stationed in the Navy, at Long Beach in California.

  While John was in the Navy, the family was stationed in California, Washington, Guam, Italy and Virginia. Patricia and John had three children: Catherine, Johnny Michael and Dwain (Paris).

  Patricia was preceded in death by her husband John Patterson, her parents, Purl and Doris Patterson, and her son, Johnny Michael Patterson.

  She is survived by her sister Janette (Pat), brother Danny, her brother Bill (Betty), sister Mitty, daughter Catherine, and son Dwain (Paris).

  She has four grandchildren: Alistair, Alexandra, Sakura and Andromeda.
