Penny B. Richards-Lawrence

Penny Beth Richards Lawrence was born in Casper to Robert Lawrence and Nancy (Skinner) Lawrence on May 14,1973. She passed away of natural causes on September 14, 2025, at the age of 52 in Casper, Wyoming. Penny is survived by her wife, Julie Richards-Lawrence, Casper, WY, Cousins Mark and Christina Tanner, Casper, WY and many other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nancy Lawrence and Grandmother Lila Skinner. Penny was interested in photography and has many photos of the Yellowstone area, including the scenery, animals and flowers. She also dabbled I wood working. She has a master’s in counseling and a bachelor’s in social work. Penny has worked many different jobs including the State of Wyoming, and as an admissions specialist for a college in FL. She has enjoyed her time with all her jobs. There will be a visitation on September 24, 2025, at Bustards Funeral Home between 5 pm and 7 pm. The services will be later in Thermopolis, no date or time set at this time.
