Services for Percy Manning will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Bustard's Funeral Home with Robert Miller conducting. Viewing will be from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, July 23, 2010 at Bustard's. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery. Mr. Manning, 72, died July 17, 2010 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. He was born May 9, 1938 in Natrona, Wyoming. He served in the United States Navy from 1956 until his discharge in 1960. He is survived by his wife Marilyn, four children, Kenneth, Gary, Linda and Lorie, three sisters, three brothers, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, parents and a brother.
