Feb. 1, 1963 – June 11, 2025
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Roberta Reeder, a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, who left us peacefully on June 11, 2025. Known for her caring nature and warm heart, Roberta will be forever missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Roberta is survived by her devoted husband, Scott Reeder, who loved and cherished her deeply. Their bond was a testament to the love they shared throughout their lives
Her granddaughter, Lisa shared, "Roberta, fondly known as "Nana", was the loving heart of our family. Her warmth and gentle spirit brought us all together, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. She enjoyed sharing her stories, baking her famous pies, and collecting her beloved snow globes. Her kindness, wisdom, and unconditional love will be deeply missed, especially by her grandchildren, Jayceonce, Damarious, Kentrell, and Ja’Zehaya, who treasured every moment spent by her side."
Her granddaughter, Trista reflects on their relationship: "Grandma was loved and cherished with all my heart. No matter the circumstances between us, I always loved her and never stopped caring. I will always miss her, but I find comfort knowing she is no longer in the pain she endured for so long. She is finally at peace."
Roberta was a steadfast support for her family, always there through the ups and downs. Her daughter, Sunshine, remembers her as a good woman, a wonderful mother and grandmother, saying, “After all the good times and bad, you have been there for it all. I love you, Mom, and I will see you when I get there. Tell Dad hi and that I love him, fly with the angels."
My mom Roberta was a loving, gentle soul whose greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She had a gift for making everyone feel welcome, especially around the table on family game nights—her laughter and competitive spirit made those evenings truly special. Roberta’s warmth, strength, and kindness touched everyone who knew her, and her love continues to live on in the hearts of those she held close. -Tonya

Granddaughter, Kaylee remembers her as a tough lady who taught her children and grandchildren to be strong and resilient. "She was undeniably fierce, beautiful, and a women you didn't want to cross, but when she was on your side you felt as though you where invincible," she wrote, "Your absence will always be felt."
