Roger Allen Bowman of Casper, Wyoming passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026. Roger's band, The Peoples Dreams, loved to sing and share music with everyone. Services for Roger will be held at First United Methodist Church on Thursday June 9, 2026. The time will be announced in the coming days. A full obituary will be posted as it becomes available. There will be a karaoke party on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 8:00pm at The Hideaway Bar, 211 Riverview Ave in Mills to honor the life of Roger.
