Rosemarie Tipps

Jul 19, 1924 — May 27, 2026

Rosemarie “Tiny” Tipps, age 101, of Bozeman, Montana, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2026.

She was born on July 19, 1924, to Georgia and Frederick Harding in Oklahoma. Rosemarie attended the University of Oklahoma, where she majored in music, cultivating a lifelong appreciation for performance, culture, and the arts.

Rosemarie was a passionate supporter of her husband Ken’s football career at the University of Oklahoma, becoming a lifelong fan of the game. Her life was equally defined by her own pursuits. Active in Denver society, she was a member of the Cherry Hills Country Club, a board member of the Denver Ballet Guild, and an organizer of its signature debutante balls. Moreover, as an avid traveler, she embraced the world with curiosity and enthusiasm, partaking in many adventures.

Known affectionately as “Tiny,” she was anything but small in presence. She was a force of nature—bold, opinionated, and unapologetically headstrong. A true diva in the best sense of the word, she embodied the grace of a Southern belle, one whose infectious laugh and vibrant personality left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Her devotion, resilience, and loyalty were perhaps most evident in her unwavering care for her husband Ken during his long illness, a testament to her strength.

She is survived by her children, daughter Kimberley Ginsburg; son K.L. Tipps, who lovingly cared for her in his home until her passing; and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Jamie, and K.C. Tipps, and Stephanie Bower.

A small family service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, in Casper, Wyoming. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Ken at the Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery.

Tiny will be remembered as a woman of determination and spirit—a true original whose presence filled every room. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
