Russell Skinner

Russell was born to Leonard and Ruth Skinner in Casper, WY on October 22, 1947. He departed peacefully on August 1, 2019 at Wyoming Medical Center. Russell attended Natrona County High School and upon graduation entered the Army to serve his country during the Vietnam War. He earned several medals and had achieved the rank of sergeant by the time of his discharge. He became a successful business owner after returning to civilian life and started a family. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by 3 children, several grandchildren, his brother and his brother's family. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to The Veteran's Council, The Casper Chapter of the Patriot Guard, or The Casper Humane Society.
