Ruth Lamb

Graveside services for Mrs. Ruth Lamb will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 23, 2010 at Highland Cemetery with Pastor Tim Adams of Grace Bible Church officiating. Following the graveside service, there will be a reception at the VFW Hall, 430 North Elk Street, Casper. Ruth died July 18, 2010 at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center. She was born September 20, 1915 in Lusk, Wyoming, the daughter of Dr. C. A. and Bertha (Hitz) Paisley. She attended school in Lusk and was later employed as a cook on ranches around Lusk and Casper. On April 29, 1944, she married Lawrence Lamb and they made their home on the Lamb ranch southeast of Casper. She is survived by a daughter, Rae Ann Miskimins (Tom), a brother, Carlton Paisley, two grandsons, Tim and Ted Miskimins and one great grandson, Lane Miskimins and great granddaughters, Jade Slaymaker, Schpri Schow, Cassidy Miskimins, Taylor Dunn and three great great granddaughters and two nieces. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Wyoming Hospice Home.
