Sandra Carstens

Sandra Sue (Wilson) Carstens Sandra Sue (Wilson) Carstens passed away on August 2, 2010. She was born to Clifford Otto Wilson and Myrtle Lucille Misner, on August 18, 1940. She married Francis (Fritz) Leonard Carstens November 8, 1959. They had three children: Christy, William and Sherry. Eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family will host a small gathering at 520 South Forest Drive, Casper, WY 82609 at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, August 7, 2010.
