Sara Kilburn

Sara Jane Kilburn, 57, was born in Greene, Iowa, she passed away in Casper, WY. Survived by Daughter Cecilia Foltz (husband Cory), two beloved granddaughters Nora and June, sister Raine Gulliford (husband Dave) and nephews and nieces.

Sara spent most of her life in Casper, WY, working and raising her daughter. Her last job being at Interfaith, helping those in need. She was vivacious, laughed loudly, always had something sarcastic and funny to say, loved being a Coco to her granddaughters, was proud of her daughter, gave selflessly, was thoughtful, loved deeply, happiest seeing others happy, and genuinely cared about others. Her daughter and granddaughters were the absolute light of her life and brought her more joy than anything.

Sara’s laughter and jokes will be greatly missed. Anyone who met her said she was “a character, hilarious, sassy, one-of-a-kind”. She truly was.

A celebration of life will be held for Sara later in the spring.
