Steven M. (Steve) Ramsey 69, of Casper, WY, passed away Nov. 23, 2024, in Casper, WY.
Steve was born in Torrington, WY to Bud and Kay Ramsey on July 30, 1955. He attended school in Torrington, WY and graduated in 1973. He was an auto mechanic and was a service manager at Greiner when he retired.
He is survived by his longtime girlfriend Michelle Kirby, Casper, WY, his brother Rodney of Casper, his sister Sabrina of Torrington, WY and nieces and nephews.
A Visitation for Steven will be held in Torrington, WY at Colyer Funeral Home on Friday, December 6, 2024 from 10:00am-12:00pm.
A Graveside Service for Steven will be held at the Valley View Cemetery in Torrington on Friday, December 6, at 1:00pm.
