Susan V. Minotti, 82, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Throughout her journey, she faced each day with remarkable strength, unwavering faith, and a positive attitude that inspired everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She had a unique gift for seeing the potential in every child and devoted her career to helping her students learn, grow, and believe in themselves. Her patience, compassion, and encouragement left a lasting impact on countless students, families, and colleagues. She retired in 2004 after a rewarding career in education, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and advocacy for her students.
Above all, Susan cherished her family. She is lovingly survived by her son, Paul Minotti, and his wife, Susan M; and her treasured grandsons, Nick and Chris, who brought immeasurable joy and pride to her life.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Francis Minotti; her son, Mark Minotti; and her parents.
Susan will be remembered for her kind heart, resilient spirit, infectious optimism, and unwavering love for those around her. Even in the face of life’s greatest challenges, she chose hope, gratitude, and kindness. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched—as a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, a proud grandmother, a compassionate educator, and a cherished friend whose warmth and smile could brighten any room.
Though she will be deeply missed, Susan’s love, strength, and the countless memories she created will remain in the hearts of her family, friends, former students, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Rocky Mountain Warrior Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting veterans and their families.
