Thomas Knowlton Lamb V, better known as “Tommy” was born in Laramie, Wyoming on September 21, 1969, to Tom and Peggy Lamb, older sister Stacy and later brother Denny was born. He was a bundle of energy, giggles and grins. Soon after learning to walk, his Dad and Mom strapped him on a pair of skis and thus began his adventure!

  • From snow skis to water skis and boating…

  • From tricycles and bicycles to four-wheelers and motorcycles…

  • Learning to swim to scuba diving and diving into blow holes in Hawaii…

  • From crayons to skilled artist…

  • From legos to skilled machinist…

  • Toy boats to nuclear submarines…

  • Bruises and bumps to skateboard road rash…

  • From match-box cars to his 1972 Camaro 350 (painted black with Dad)…

  • From any kind of ball to an amazing golfer…

  • From “Old Maid” and “Fish” to any card game (playing ‘Spit’ with Gram Lamb)…

  • From kindergarten to high school graduation, Tommy was super competitive in everything he did… except school/homework.

Needing to turn in his final term paper before he could graduate, he used his wonderful smile and twinkle to sweet-talk Linda into typing up his paper. She did and he did graduate in 1988.

A friend, Sam Fish, encouraged Tommy to join the Navy and he did. After training, he was stationed in Hawaii.

After being honorably discharged from the Navy, he worked for his Dad at Lamb’s Automotive in Sturgis. Later he worked as a machinist for CAT in Casper.
