It is in great sadness that we announce the passing of Travis Harp, on July 1, 2025, at the age of 35. Travis was born in Greybull, WY to Marv and Carey Harp.
Travis loved music, poetry, art, fishing, camping, and most of all anything with a motor and wheels that he could get muddy. He was dedicated to healthy living and weightlifting. He had eyes that appeared to be a bright star and a smile that would light up the darkest of nights. Travis likes working with his hands to create anything from a wallet made of leather to a large building of wood or metal. He was a local welder and had a passion to achieve perfection in everything he touched. His talents had no limits from playing guitar, singing, drawing, writing, leather, wood, metal, and stone crafting.
Travis loved everyday to be a better person than he was on his last day. He always tried to make the right choice even when it was hard. He was kind, generous, friendly, and always had a willingness to help anyone.
Travis devoted his life to God above all. He met and married the love of his life, Jennifer. Travis was a proud father of his daughter, Liberty and three step children, Dakotah, Tristen and Tyler. He loved his family with his whole heart.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer, his daughter, Liberty, his step children Dakota, Tristen and Tyler, his parents Marv and Carey, sister Tessa, grandmother Lela, grandfather, Marvin Sr.
He was preceded by his grandparents Allen Ingersoll, Bill Caskey and Yvonne Reimers.
Services will be held at Highland Park Community Church in Casper WY at 4pm on Thursday July 10, 2025. There will be a reception to follow hosted by Celebrate Recovery.
