Velora Dehler

Mass of Christian Burial for Velora "June" Dehler will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, Friday, September 17, 2010 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church by Fr. August Koeune. Vigil for the Deceased will be recited at 6:30 PM, Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Viewing will be from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Bustard's. Rite of Committal will be conducted at Highland Cemetery. June was born June 27, 1923 in Alliance, Nebraska to Charles Fred Boness and Clarice Elsie (Jesse) Boness, the youngest of five children. She attended school in Alliance, Nebraska, came to Casper in 1940 and took a beautician course. She married Harvey John Trujillo in 1942. They lived at 2784 Salt Creek Road. Harvey died of cancer in 1962. She married Richard E. Dehler in 1968. Richard died in 2008. June worked as a domestic and then drove school bus for the NCSD for 14 years until her retirement. She was a parishioner at St. Anthony's Catholic Church and later at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. June resided at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center from September, 2008 until her death, September 11, 2010 at Wyoming Medical Center. June was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Harvey Trujillo and Richard Dehler, an infant daughter, Patricia Gayle Trujillo, her brothers Jake Boness, Allen Boness, Glen Boness, and her sister, Inez Wollaston; sister-in-law, Rozella Langnacher, brother-in-law Ralph Dehler and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Casper Humane Society, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the Holy Cross Food Bank, Meals on Wheels or a charity of the donor's choice.
