Wanda Mae Stuart, age 79, born in Lincoln, Arkansas on January 2, 1947, peacefully passed away on March 10, 2026, at the Banner Medical Center. She was born to the daughter of Laura Lorene Price Mallard (Brown) and John Vernice Price.

Wanda Graduated in 1965 from Adams City High School Commerce City Co. Shortly after she met Wayne Mallard and had their daughter Jenny Price in May 1972. Then 6 years later she met Wayne Barrett and had their daughter Melisa Price in Feb 1978. Shortly after she met Jimmy Stuart and they got married Feb.1,1980 and they had 4 more kids after that Jimmy,Rhonda, Kimberly, and Becky.

Wanda was the heart and soul of her family, a loving mother, grandmother and

great-grandmother. She dedicated her life to nurturing and providing for her family. Her caring nature and vibrant spirit were evident in her everyday life and will be profoundly missed.

In her early years, Wanda was a little partier and she was a spit fire lady!! Wanda's passion for cooking led her to run her own restaurant. She later chose to become a full-time homemaker, devoting her time to her six children. Her love for crocheting resulted in countless beautiful scarves, each a testament to her talent and care.

She loved spending quality time with her grandchildren, and great grandchildren often engaging them in games of dominoes, Monopoly, cards and basketball, volleyball, football, baseball and softball. Wanda never missed an opportunity to support them at their sporting events, always their biggest cheerleader.

Wanda was a lover of the outdoors and enjoyed bike riding and long walks. She took great pleasure in personal care, frequently looking forward to having her hair done and painting her nails. She relished quiet times spent solving puzzles and was always ready for a bit of excitement at the casino. She also loved to watch her Denver Broncos games!!

Holidays held a special place in her heart as they provided an opportunity to bake cookies, make crafts, and decorate with her family. She loved to watch all the holiday movies on hallmark and lifetime. These moments of togetherness will be cherished memories for her family.

Wanda was preceded in death by her Mother Laura Lorene Price Mallard (Brown), Father John Vernice Price, Spouse Jimmy Frank Stuart SR, Brother Larry (Sonny) Price passed away in Vietnam in 1971 , Grandson Embercen Clinton Stuart, and Granddaughter McKenize Kay Johnson.

She is survived by her sister Deborah Frank (husband Dave), their son Aaron Frank (wife Deb), their daughter Phenix Frank, brother Wayne Price (wife Gia), and their son Kyler Price.

She leaves behind her children, Jenny Leal (significant other Guillermo), Melisa Clarkson (husband Chris), Rhonda Lindley (husband Gary), Becky VanVleet (significant other Ryan), Kimberly Beaman (husband Brian), and son Jimmy Stuart JR (significant other Amanda).

Wanda also leaves behind a legacy in her grandchildren Marissa Lindley (Brian),Carissa Lindley, Falisity Lindley, Joey McCloud, Teearah Lane, Adriana VanVleet, Leo VanVleet, Ariel Johnson, Zoey Johnson, Tyler Stuart (Skyla), Nevaeh Stuart, Zabby Stuart, Zoriah Stuart, John Leal, Nathan Leal, Crystal Leal, Courtney Leal, Dominick Beaman, Zackery Beaman, Jacob Beaman, Austin Beaman, Kalup Beaman, Savannah Beaman. Great grandchildren Kendrick Mills, Ophleia Lewis, Izzy Lindley who will fondly remember their time spent with their beloved grandmother.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor of Wanda Mae Stuart this summer 2026 , the details will be shared at a later date. Wanda's life was a testament to a deep and enduring love for her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
