Jeffrey Baltezore

December 18, 1974 — April 20, 2020

On Monday April 20, 2020, Jeffrey Alan Baltezore, beloved Son, Brother and cherished life-long Friend passed at his home in Casper, Wyoming at the age of 45.

Born December 18, 1974 to Sherry Lea (Nesvik) Moore and Robert Lealand Baltezore.  Jeff is survived by his parents Jerry and Sherry Moore of Riverton, Wyoming, Bob and Rhonda Baltezore of Spearfish, South Dakota, sisters Kristy Baltezore, Ashlee Jaeger, Jinnger Meyer, brother Jerry Lee Moore Jr. and his two little wieners, Phoebe & Anna. Those little ladies really loved him and spent most nights cuddled up happily on his lap.

Over the years Jeff built a reputation for high quality work. He started his career as a Welder/ Fabricator at Fabrication Technologies, in the 1990s. His ability to design and fabricate complicated parts and equipment lead him to own and operate a highly successful fabrication business throughout the years as Jeff’s Welding and later Platte River Welding and Fabrication. He was well respected by his customers for his innovation, integrity, and kindness.

His creativity was unstoppable. When he wasn’t busy inventing for others, he could be found working on any number vintage car projects. When it comes to old cars Jeff had 10-W30 in his veins. He could take a rust bucket, tear it down, and bring it back to new.  His crowning joy were his 1957 Chevy Rat Rod and 1971 Chevy Chevelle…. and of course, every car had to have a system for him to blast Kiss, ACDC, Motley Crüe and the like.

He loved to cook and was quickly becoming a damn good grill master.  His favorite seasoning was “Taco” He loved nature, especially the Teton Mountains and Brook’s Lake. Growing up at the base of the Wind Rivers, it’s no surprise. From snowmobiling, to razor trails, to truck camping; if it got him there, he’d go with old friends, new friends and his family.

Jeff was the type of guy that would give you the shirt off his back. He always had a big warm smile and words of encouragement right when you really needed them. He was honest, he was funny and once he knew you well enough, a devilish prankster. I guess you could say his greatest joy was helping others find their happy.
